These terms cover your use of the JoLoCity website and your purchases of JoLoCity products. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us.
"JoLoCity", "we" and "us" mean JoLoCity. "You" means the person or business using the site or buying a product.
1. What we sell
JoLoCity sells digital source-code templates: complete applications delivered as downloadable files. Product pages describe what each template includes and what it needs to run.
2. Purchases go through third-party stores
We don't process payments ourselves. Purchases are handled by third-party stores such as Polar and Gumroad. When you buy, you also agree to that store's own terms and privacy policy, and the store handles payment, receipts, tax collection where applicable, and download delivery. Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout.
3. The product license governs the code
Your use of any template you buy is governed by the JoLoCity Standard License. If these terms and the license ever conflict about how you may use the code, the license wins.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use of the site
When using this website, please don't:
- Break the law, or use the site to infringe anyone else's rights.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting, or any related systems.
- Disrupt the site, for example with automated scraping that overloads it, denial-of-service attempts, or malware.
- Copy or republish the site's content, screenshots or branding as your own.
We may block access for anyone who misuses the site.
6. Our content
The site's text, design, logos, screenshots and other content belong to JoLoCity. You may link to the site and share it, but you may not reuse its content commercially without permission. Names of third-party stores and technologies belong to their owners.
7. No warranty
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that every detail is current. Products are provided as described in the JoLoCity Standard License, without warranty of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, JoLoCity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or our products. In any case, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
9. Links to other sites
The site links to third-party sites, including the stores where our products are sold. We're not responsible for their content, terms or practices.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply from that date; continuing to use the site or buying after that means you accept the updated terms. Purchases you've already made remain covered by the license that came with them.
